I’m Demayne K. Greene Jr.—better known as DKGJ or Doodie, my childhood nickname. I’m a born-and-raised New Orleanian and the owner, creator, and candle maker behind AromeauxTherapy + Co.
Aromeaux began in 2016 with an idea, a creative spirit, and a desire to make products that could completely transform the feeling of a space. With the grace of God and the support of my family and friends, I began laying the foundation for what Aromeaux has become today.
Through the years, I’ve created more than 20 products and explored over 100 scents—from hand-poured soy candles and incense to Spritzrs, essential oil blends, and thoughtfully curated gifts. Each creation has been part of my journey as a maker: learning, experimenting, evolving, and discovering new ways to turn fragrance into an experience.
To me, scent is personal. It can bring back a memory, lift your mood, create comfort, or make an ordinary moment feel special. It can turn a house into a home and give every room its own energy. That belief is at the heart of everything I create.
Aromeaux is more than a fragrance brand. It represents creativity, faith, resilience, and the courage to continue building something I truly believe in. Every order, referral, social media share, event visit, photo, review, and encouraging word has helped carry this dream forward.
My ultimate goal is to fill every space with Aromeaux—your home, office, car, special occasions, quiet moments, and every meaningful space in between.
